Bukhara, Uzbekistan – April 30, 2025 – A working visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan to the Bukhara region was held within the framework of the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom-Central Asia" held in Tashkent on April 28-30, 2025 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev. The visit, which began with a meeting in Tashkent with the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan I.Yu. Abdurakhmonov, was an important stage in strengthening interregional ties and exchanging advanced experience in the agricultural sector.
"Innoprom-Central Asia" is a major event for trade and industrial cooperation in the region, which brought together business leaders and government officials from the industry of Russia, Central Asian countries, China, Turkey, India and other countries. This year's exhibition, with a total exhibition area of more than 18,000 sq. m, was dedicated to the theme of Smart Industry.

The program of the visit was very eventful and included visits to the main agro-industrial facilities of Bukhara Agrocluster LLC, which demonstrate modern approaches to agricultural management. The delegation got acquainted with the high-tech livestock complex in Karavulbazar, the activities of the Bukhara Nasil Paranda enterprise, as well as the Lattiko dairy complex and a modern soil laboratory.
The Bashkiria specialists were very interested in the visit to the Bukhara Agrocluster Garden intensive garden, where advanced technologies for growing fruit crops were demonstrated.
During the visit, the delegation was given a detailed presentation on the activities of Bukhara Agrocluster LLC, which demonstrated the company's impressive achievements in the development of modern production models and the active introduction of digital technologies in agriculture. Representatives of the Republic of Bashkortostan highly appreciated the innovative approach of Bukhara Agrocluster LLC and noted its application in the agricultural sector of Bashkortostan as an example for studying these experiences.
During the meeting, promising areas for expanding agricultural cooperation between the regions were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the issues of using land for growing technical cannabis and durum wheat varieties in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The parties exchanged views and agreed to further study the potential of these areas.
As a result of the visit, specific agreements were reached to deepen mutual cooperation. In the field of beekeeping, the parties agreed to work on the organization of a modern veterinary laboratory in the Bukhara region and the study of the possibilities of creating a purebred beekeeping farm. The implementation of these initiatives will create conditions for increasing the level of veterinary control and increasing the potential for exporting bee packages to Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and other countries.
In the field of poultry farming, the prospects for cooperation were outlined, which include the provision of methodological and scientific and practical assistance by the Republic of Bashkortostan in the development of goose farming in the Bukhara region.
The visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan to the Bukhara region within the framework of the prestigious international forum "Innoprom-Central Asia" was an important step in strengthening interregional cooperation. It contributed to the exchange of valuable experience in the field of agro-industrial complex and digitalization of agriculture, and also opened up new opportunities for mutually beneficial and multifaceted partnership aimed at the innovative development of the agricultural sector of the two regions.
